Cassidy Ranch

Project Spotlight: The Mountain Chalet Bed & Breakfast

The Challenge: This charming B&B relied heavily on word-of-mouth but needed to attract more guests from out of the area and streamline their booking process. Their old website was outdated and not optimized for mobile, making it difficult for travelers to book a stay on the go.
The Solution: I created a brand-new website with a clean, inviting design that showcased the B&B’s stunning views and cozy atmosphere using high-quality photography. The site was built mobile-first, ensuring a seamless experience for travelers using their smartphones. I integrated an easy-to-use online booking and payment system, allowing guests to check availability and make reservations directly on the site. I also implemented a SEO optimization strategy focused on keywords like “mountain bed and breakfast,” “cozy inn,” and “lodging near Red Feather Lakes,” attracting both local and visiting tourists.

The Result: The B&B saw a significant increase in bookings, and integrated their calendar with third-party booking sites. Their new, professional online presence gave them the credibility to attract a wider audience of travelers, and the simplified booking process led to more reservations.

Project Spotlight: The Local Florist

The Challenge: A florist who was brand new to the area needed to establish clientele. They had a beautiful shop but a cookie-cutter website that didn’t reflect their artistic style or allow for easy online ordering. They were missing out on business from customers who preferred the convenience of shopping online, especially for special occasions.

The Solution: I designed a visually stunning website that highlighted the florist’s unique arrangements with beautiful product photography and a gallery of their work. The site included a simple and intuitive e-commerce setup for online ordering and secure payment. I also integrated their Google Business profile and social media accounts, making it easy for customers to find their location, read glowing reviews, and see their latest creations on Instagram and Facebook. I even created an automated sales and holiday events social media feed and Google Business Listings for products, saving time and money on advertising efforts.

The Result: The florist’s online sales soared, and they saw a dramatic increase in orders for holidays like Christmas, Valentines Day year-round holidays. The seamless integration with their social media and product listings helped them build a loyal online community and showcase their artistry to a wider audience.

Straub Fine Finishes

Project Spotlight: The Remodeling Contractor

The Challenge: This contractor had a great local reputation, but their business was entirely referral-based, and being edged out by more tech-savvy competitors. They needed a professional online presence to showcase their impressive portfolio of work and attract new, high-value projects from homeowners who were searching for contractors online.

The Solution: I developed a modern, trustworthy website with a clean design that focused on visual storytelling. I created dedicated project pages with before-and-after photos and detailed descriptions of their work, allowing potential clients to see the quality and scope of their projects. My strategic marketing involved target audience and keyword research to attract homeowners actively looking for renovation services. I also integrated a contact form and a clear call-to-action for requesting phone consultations for project quotes.

The Result: The contractor’s new website established them as a credible and professional business. They began receiving inquiries from new clients and were able to secure more high-value projects, leading to significant business growth and less reliance on word-of-mouth referrals.

The Hilltop Inn & General Store

Project Spotlight: The Local Inn with Ice Cream & Antiques Shops

The Challenge: This unique business, combining three different offerings under one roof, needed a single online presence that didn’t confuse visitors. They wanted to showcase all three aspects of their business—lodging, food, and shopping—while creating a unified, cohesive brand identity.

Our Solution: I created a comprehensive website with clear navigation that seamlessly integrated all three business components. Each section had its own dedicated page with beautiful photography, from the cozy rooms in the inn to the old-fashioned hand-dipped ice cream shoppe and the unique displays of antiques. I also included a clear call to action for booking the inn’s rooms through VRBO (their preferred booking partner), and a menu page to highlight additional food service items such as pizza and sandwiches.

The Result: The business now has a unified online presence that effectively promotes all three of its offerings. The clear navigation and professional design highlights business and area amenities, preserves the old-fashioned feel that customers have been returning to for more than 50 years, and led to a significant increase in online engagement and bookings for the inn.

Project Spotlight: The Newly Independent Business Accountant

The Challenge: A business accountant who had just started their own practice needed a professional online presence to attract clients and establish credibility in the local market. They had no website and relied on a very small network of referrals.

The Solution: I developed a clean, professional, and trustworthy website that highlighted the accountant’s expertise and professional certifications. The site included a clear list of services, an About Me section that built personal rapport, and a blog where they could share helpful tips for small businesses. Initially they wanted to serve businesses nationwide, but my target audience and keyword research showed that clientele primarily want to hire a local accountant they can meet with in person to establish trust. We focused on a strong LOCAL SEO optimization strategy for keywords like “small business accountant near me” and “CPA Fort Collins.” I integrated their Calendly booking calendar so that potential clients could directly book a consultation from their website.

The Result: The accountant’s new website immediately gave them a professional image, and they began attracting new clients who found them through local search and Google advertising. The site served as a powerful tool for building trust and establishing their authority in the community.

Red Feather Lakes Visitor Information

Project Spotlight: The Travel and Tourism Website for a Small Mountain Community

The Challenge: A small mountain community wanted to attract more tourists and promote local businesses and attractions. They needed a central online hub that was easy to navigate and provided useful information for both residents and visitors.

The Solution: I designed and built a comprehensive travel and tourism website that served as the digital gateway to the community. The site was built with a strong focus on visuals, showcasing the area’s natural beauty and local charm. I included sections for lodging, dining, shopping, and activities, all with an interactive map and links to local business websites. This is a long-term project with continuously developing content. I’m now working on integrating a dynamic event calendar to highlight local festivals and events throughout the year.

The Result: The website became an invaluable resource for tourists planning a trip to the area. Local businesses saw an increase in traffic from the site, and the community was able to more effectively promote itself as a travel destination.
